Apprantly i didn't train today due to stomach cramp.

Seems fun , so i'll train hard next week.
Okay , my day wasn't just rotting.
I helped alot of people refill water.
Once i dropped one waterbottle due to too many water bottles LOL.
Sorry had a crack.
Heard alot of people improved! Which is good.
